The celebrated Norwegian string trio Ssens – Sølve Sigerland, Henninge Landaas, and Ellen Margrete Flesjø – give the UK premiere of an important new work by the Danish composer Poul Ruders, following its premiere in Bergen, Norway in the spring. It is joined by a selection of György Kurtág aphoristic ‘Signs, Games And Messages’, and the whole programme balanced by string trio classics by Haydn and Beethoven.
